Radio Shack Gift Card Has $163.19 on it. Was told by the Radio Shack employee that this card will work at any Radio Shack in the USA. Re-checked the amount on 10-1-08. It is all there. This item will be sent insured, certified-mail, & sign-on-receipt. I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL Shipping Insurance is always included! Shipping cost is $5.95 insured, certified with sign-on-receipt. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING 11 SIMPLE RULES CAREFULLY. ** I WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. ** 1) PAYPAL ONLY. I accept payment through Paypal only. It is safe and fast for both the buyer and seller. DO NOT BID IF THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Please make sure that your address is up to date with Paypal. 2) MY SHIPPING IS ALWAYS INSURED. That cost is included in shipping costs. It is not an additional cost. It is not an optional cost. I usually ship US Post. I always try to pack items carefully. If the rare unfortunate breakage or lost in mail does happen, don’t panic. Contact me and I will provide the necessary paperwork. Please understand YOU will have to deal directly with the Post Office to collect the insurance. I can not do that for you. That is how the Post Office does it. 3) ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds given unless there is a ‘HUGE’ discrepancy in my description. I try my best to describe the items well within reason. I note things that I feel are important. Before you bid please ask any obvious questions that I may not have addressed. Get too technical or overly specific, I’ll be asking you questions. Please understand. 5) PROBLEM BUYERS - If you have zero feedbacks or TONS and TONS of negative feedback - PLEASE DO NOT BID. The bid will be rejected and Ebay notified. 6) BE PROMPT - Winners, please contact me within 3 days of auction ending. This can be done easily through Paypal. Please leave accurate mailing instruction at that time. Please make sure that your address is up to date with Paypal. If I am not contacted within 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel your bid. Ebay’s advice. Please understand. 8) UNVERIFIED PAYPAL AND E-CHECKS THROUGH PAYPAL sometimes requires extra time to verify funds. It has taken up to a week a few times, but usually is instant. Please be patient with PayPal if it requires extra time to do its job. 9) SHIPPING TIMES - I try to ship within 2 day of ‘confirmed’ payment. Shipping usually takes 4 days or less but has taken over 10 days a couple times. Please be patient. A lot of times I upgrade to priority mail if the costs are close (generally with small light items). I can't promise that upgrade to priority mail though. I CAN EXPEDITE SHIPPING for an extra charge. Next day air, priority, etc., just let me know if you need this done. 10) NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA - That includes Guam, Wake Is., Puerto Rico, Canada & Mexico, etc. 11) The last rule is . . .
